I noticed that the time setting of the board is not correct. Kindly set it based on Philippine time.

Yeah, the time setting was originally set to USA time setting (GMT -08.00) Pacific Time (US & Canada);Tijuana - because this forum is freely-hosted by ConForums.com a company based in USA.
I changed it now to (GMT +08.00) Taipei (Philippines), at your request.
Each member, nevertheless, can set the time personally by going to the PROFILE. Just adjust the CURRENT FORUM TIME by adding/deducting the number of hours (to make the displayed time your local time) from the current forum time on the TIME OFFSET.
Example if you see this one:
Current forum time: Today at 02:30 am
If its 9:30 pm one day ahead in your clock, then just put +19 in the TIME OFFSEt field on the PROFILE. (Correct me, if I'm wrong with my math )
If its 9:30 pm one day backward, then put -5 in the TIME OFFSET field on the PROFILE. (Correct me, if I'm wrong with my math )
Its just a matter of simple arithmetic.
